Founder & President
Ms. Shalini Jain
Shalini Jain is the founder and president of Samarth Child and Women Welfare Society. She is dedicated to serving society and senior citizens. She also operates her own hand-painted apparel brand, Shopahilya. She is a strong believer in philanthropy.

Kamini Puri is a writer and her book ‘The Red Munia’ recently got published. Passionate about serving people, writing, reading, singing/music and travel, she has created a way of life through her hobbies. She believes in loving, caring, sharing, and spreading happiness amongst all around.

Neeta Mahindroo is a retired educationist, a passionate environmentalist, and an avid gardening enthusiast. She was associated with children of various age groups for over 32 years, mentoring and tutoring them with a focus on holistic development and the inculcation of positive values.

Niti Sikka is a seasoned tutor with over 35 years of experience, combining her passion for nurturing values with mentoring children. She also enjoys music and gardening. Three years ago, she partnered with Samarth to support isolated seniors, working to improve the lives of others through care and connection.

Poonam Sharma retired from the prestigious Reserve Bank of India (RBI). She joined Samarth a few months ago with the intention of giving back to society and supporting the underprivileged. A music lover at heart, she enjoys singing and listening to classic Hindi film songs.

To strengthen her understanding and contributions, she has pursued a certificate course in Child Protection under Sardar Patel University. Professionally, she works as an Academic Coordinator at K12 Online Schools.
